The receptionist was a dream. I needed a letter for proof of address to open a bank account. I walked around to four or five places before arriving here. The receptionist was helpful, friendly, and efficient. She helped me get the letter I needed in less than ten minutes and was just simply wonderful. I honestly didn’t use the health services, but I’ve never been so grateful to an administrative professional. Thank you!

5/ 5

Like many other people, I've been having terrible problems making progress with DVLA recently due to the backlog in their system. I went to BHW in order to get my medical reports up to date and have been dealing with Rachel Wicklow, the owner / proprietor of the clinic. Rachel has been absolutely fantastic and has gone well over and beyond the call of duty in helping me with my case. I really cannot speak highly enough of Rachel and the hard work she and her team have put in for me, and would highly recommend anyone to use their services for all medical matters, but especially DVLA related medical issues. Thank you Rachel and team XX.
