A truly brilliant reminder of how good our NHS is. The idea of same-day appointments mean you get seen quickly and the online registration is incredibly simple and quick. Dr. Rhonda Waters GP is a great GP with lots of understanding and compassion with quick and easy diagnosis and referrals to the treatments you need. I understand the issue that some reception staff can come across as rude but in my experience the majority are lovely and the only issue I had was in trying to gain an open GP referral letter as I was told at reception they don’t do that. Apart from that highly recommend this practise.

Very positive experience. Easy registration; good professional receptionists over the phone and in person (especially when compared to medical receptionists I have encountered in the past); same day appointment once registered; was seen promptly and the doctor was lovely, professional and genuinely seemed like a caring healthcare professional. I have met with two GPs or nurses this academic year. Both have been super friendly and helpful. It was easy to register with the practice and when I have needed to make appointments, I have been able to get them very quickly. As a student, it is a super practical medical practice to join. :)

Called in and reception wanted to know the exact reasons I was going in for. When I gave a brief description they asked for even more detailed information. Not sure if that is normal but I do not think that is appropriate.

Had an appointment with Joan yesterday (I'm unsure if she's a doctor or a nurse). She's very friendly and gentle doing local anaesthetic and made sure I was informed with everything I needed. Joan was very thorough and did an amazing job! Never had any bad experiences with the doctors and nurses at the practice so far. The practice has been great except a few negative encounters with the receptionist team.

Says to call at 08:00 to make appointments, but the line wasn't open till 08:30 and I've been waiting for seven minutes already for someone to pick up. 29/12/21: Tried to call because doctor didn't send the right amount of medication to the pharmacy, now I'm without necessary medication in the holiday while I'm trying to get work done. No response. 30/12/21: Tried to call again, no response after almost 45 minutes of ringing. Called at 08:30 as they request.

Awesome, GP deal with my problem immediately! I tired to book university Counselling & Psychological Service months ago, and they cancel my appointment. so I phoned GP and I said I might have depression symptoms for a long time and I think taking to Psychologist might help. and GP didn’t ask my symptoms, because the time I phoned them is the exam month, so it’s very reasonable for them to not ask my symptoms and said I don’t have depression it’s called LIFE, stress is normal. Problem solved. Thank you.

I am slightly surprised to have seen all these bad reviews, I had a great experience with them. They didn't pick up too quickly when I called this morning, but they have been excellent and professional. Dr. Rex was a doll, as was the receptionist (whose name I did not pick up). The Maryhill branch was rude and unhelpful, Dr. Rex is helping get me an emergency dose of my medications. Thank you!

Doctor Susan is highly professional and kind. The medical suggestions and support are fantastic! Love her!!

Always ask you to call at 8.30 am to book an appointment, everytime I do call they never pick up and tell me to call again tomorrow at the same time. Terrible experience everytime
