Receptionist is so rude

Great staff and doctors. Always get an emergency appointment when needed. Thank you for your time and help :)

Docs are great the practice itself on the otherhand is a Joke phoned up last 3 days at 9 and 11 for appointments and none left receptionist is rude also!

I felt that doctor graham listen to me and rather give more problems he dealt with the one problem I had,i am not there yet but I am on my way,a very professional man and very much a doctor.the staff on the reception always have time to help with a query aswell never make u feel unwanted.thank you

Couldn't ask for a better medical centre reception staff so helpful and friendly and there to help..,but also it's a surgery were the doctors are so helpful and caring and professional.

Never had a practice so well run and organised. Many friends and family can’t believe how responsive their system is to medical appointments. My husband and I have 3 children and never once have we not been given an appointment when we required it. Particular mention to Michelle at reception who is very warm and helpful.

Always had great service from the doctors and nurses at this practice. I like the fact you can call up and get an appointment for that day unlike others in the area.

Always able to get an appointment on the day if needed. Very good, knowledgeable doctors.
