Motor Village bath

Good customer service and good customer care. I purchased a car last Friday. The process was easy and went smoothly. I dealt with John initially and he was very pleasant and easy to communicate with with. I’m Very pleased with my car and the service I received. My husband is thinking of changing his car soon and we would definitely buy from Motor village again. We would recommend to our friends and family. Thank you to all the team at motor village.

Brilliant service and fantastic customer after care when we bought our Hyundai ix20. Had a couple of minor issues, but these were quickly resolved and we were offered a courtesy car during this. Car was supplied with a new, clear MOT and service, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we were happy. Would definitely recommend.

I was looking for a pickup at a fair price that could be financed and found it here. The service was brilliant! Honest, open, helpful at every turn. The vehicle was nigh perfectly turned out too with a new service and almost a full year of MOT. I am about as mechanically minded as as an average teaspoon but thankfully my partner was with me and went over it with a fine toothed comb. She used to run a car dealership, be a mechanic and auto-electrician, so she knows her stuff. The only fault she found was a crack in a rear light and when this was mentioned we were told that one will be sent to us asap. Brilliant!!! I have no fears recommending Motor Village Bristol at all. Thank you for such a great experience!!!

Absolutely faultless service... To be able to reserve the car for a reasonable price was an absolute seller for me, to know that the car was going to be there even tho I couldn't get to it for 5 days... When we got there everyone was so friendly and helpful and the car was immaculate... We arrive at 2pm and at 4pm I drove away with my lovely new car... Would highly recommend buying from this garage and in the future when it's time to change I will be back to see them first before searching else where. Thank you all so much x

Went to view a car for my daughter and came away with two. Customer Service at its best. Nothing is too much trouble for them even to delivering. The after sales service is also good. Would highly recommend if you are looking to replace your car.

Just picked up my BMW X1. Looked after brilliantly by Dean. Not one bit pushy. Car was ready for me,clean and serviced. Handover made so easy,took no time at all. The previous review had a reply that is untrue I asked village motors for written confirmation there was no faults or advisory with the car, I had an email back to say they could not continue the sale with me. It was not over 5 weeks either. I offered to put the deposit down. I had a mechanic check the MOT that has not been updated since. I would recommend doing this as the garage clearly doesn't want to rectify the works.

I purchased a car from Motor Village on Saturday. I cannot recommend the sales team highly enough. I dealt with Allen, Roger and James - all 3 of them were extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating. Had a superb experience with Allan from Motor Village Bristol. There is something to be said for a more experienced salesman, with a flair for customer service and people skills. What a gentleman and a sense of humour to boot. Their non-pushy style is highly recommended. Their friendliness and attitude were a pleasure to deal with. I was going to purchase a vaxhaul mokka 1.4 but my mechanic saw advisories on mot history, an oil leak and coolant leak, the garage told me they would carry out the work. However they called to say the car didn't have any problems from the it being looked at. I asked for this in writing, I got a email to say regrettably they could not sell the car to us. So a clear lie and happy to sell cars with underlying problems, BE AWARE!!! Also really handy if you can look thoroughly into the service history. If your looking at buying the mokka think twice...
