Allen Kia Bath bath

Took my sister-inlaw there to buy an £8000 car. They wanted almost £50 for admin. Which means they're charging you for buying a car from them. Checked with other garages and not only do they not charge. They thought no garage should charge it and had 3 mth warranty and after just 4 days a wheel bearing went. We were told not covered and they even charged her £25 to tell her it was a wheel bearing...we told them that. Checked with other garages and all covered them. My wheel bearing went 2 days b4 warranty ended at a small car sales. They had it in straight away and fixed it free. My car cost less than £2500. And they offered her £25 part exchange on a low mileage Ford fiesta. It was 12 years old but £25 ???

Failed to diagnose the sunroof issue or repair it despite it being a known manufacturers recall. Waste of time. Go to Wessex in Bristol - they understood the problem in 5 minutes.

I have to applaud the service I've received at Allen Kia in Bath. Came in to have a look around for a new car for my mum and was warmly greeted and treated like a human being rather than some money bags as you get at other dealerships. Their service was impeccable and the knowledge, particularly Adam's, had me sold in seconds. Extremely trustworthy and not pushy in any way, felt like I was truly being cared for by the whole team. Couldn't recommend enough. Will be back to change my own car in a years time! Thanks again team

My wife and I very recently bought a car from Allen Kia, Bath. We were looked after by Jack who was very helpful and attentive to our specific needs. We received great service from start to finish and appreciated his no-nonsense and measured approach. We also wanted to say thank you to Jack, or the relevant person, who took the time to put fuel in the car before pick up (might sound trivial in the future, but at time of writing the country is gripped by "The Great Fuel Crisis of 2021"). We would highly recommend Jack and the rest of the team at Allen Kia, Bath and would very happily use their services again when buying our next car.

A really good local dealer with excellent staff, friendly and attentive at all times. They do get busy but always return calls and emails. I found them much better than some of larger dealers.
