Clean, modern and well priced. Had just a short stay but upon arriving from a long flight from Australia, the desk staff went out of their way to get a room ready when I arrived before check in time. Would happily stay again.

Stayed 21 - 23 rd Sept 2020 Good location, lovely hotel, staff so nice and very friendly. Clean rooms, clean hotel, comfortable bed. Room was a little on the small side for me and very warm, but the customer service from the staff more than made up for it. Ishah was so helpful, nothing was too much trouble I called down as I couldn’t get some channels on TV she came up retuned it perfect, I asked for extra pillows she brought them up no problem. She really made us feel at home. Will stay here again on my next trip to Manchester.

Amazing price for the offered quality and service. Rooms were clean with lost of natural light. They serves pretty decent buffet style breakfast to all customers staying at the hotel. Location was also very convenient. I appreciate that they offer such an experience for such a reasonable price .

Really reasonable rooms of a very high standard and a great breakfast. The rooms have coffee and tea making, hair dryers, shampoo etc. The rooms have a small desk, Loewe TVs and good quality beds. Air con too. The shower wasn't too hot this morning but not bad and the water pressure OK. No power shower. Bathroom is a walk in shower with high quality fitments. For the price it's fantastic value. Clean. Well designed. The buffet breakfast is less than a tenner and has a good selection of breads, meats etc.. continental though. Not a full English anywhere. Overall very pleased with it. Staying for 3 nights and enjoying it.

Its alright for what it was, though a bit pricey I found. The bed was comfortable and the room and bathroom where very clean, however there were no tiny toiletries in the bathroom, just an all it in one hair and body wash. No biscuits with the tea and coffee either, and a surprising lack of milk. No hotel guide to say when breakfast service begins and ends (I missed breakfast both days by minutes), or room guide to operate the heating/Aircon. I expected more from a £100 a night place.

Rooms are small but perfectly formed. Very clean, well maintained. I had a corner room so dual aspect windows made a difference. But best of all were the staff. Professional and personal. I was so impressed that the receptionist who checked me in ( Aisha ) remembeed my name when she greeted me the next day.
