FRee parking! Pretty rare in City Centre. The breakfast staff were really friendly and helpful - full of smiles and jolly banter! Which was amusing and kept me smiling through the day. I think the lady was called Dianne at breakfast- anyway she was lovely. Sean on the helpdesk was good too!

Have stayed here a few times and it seems like they've recently had a face lift! The hotel is fairly priced for what it offers, and it's location. Parking is cheap, too! Staff are generally really nice, although we had one person during check in who seemed a little spiky. Haven't tried the food here, but there are loads of places nearby. The rooms we get are always spacious (family sized) and you get basic amenities, tea/coffee, adjustable air con, hair dryer, universal body wash etc. They're also generally very clean, and you honestly cannot beat a premier Inn bed. Were always in and out at odd hours, but the corridors are heavily carpeted so there's never any noise complaints. TV in each room is good quality and you can connect your phone to it if its android. Decent budget hotel worth booking if you're staying longer than a few nights!

Absolutely superb service from reception when the computer system went down and I was unable to book-in quickly. A complimentary drink was offered, free parking and complimentary breakfast as compensation. Very good service from all the staff.

The hotel is in a great location for shopping and the Christmas Markets (had they have been worth going to). The outside of the building looks like it could do with some upgrading as in a good lick of paint as the picture online looks better than in real life. The bed wasn't the most comfortable Premier Inn bed that we have stayed in and the air conditioning unit wasn't really cold at all. The staff however are really friendly and helpful. The dining room clean, tidy and comfortable and the breakfast was excellent!

Cheap and cheerful. We stayed here twice the first time there was a match going on and I'm not going to lie. It was loud. But we were tucked away so we managed to get some rest. This time around the stellar staff were super helpful. They were a few minutes late getting our room cleaned up but, in return left us some chocolate to say I'm sorry. Clean water pressure in the second floor was good and the heater heats up.

Good food, reasonably priced, lovely rooms and overall good service. Not sure about the WiFi, which is only half decent if you pay extra. I used my own data as a hotspot. I would definitely stay here again, if working in Manchester

Have stayed in this hotel a few times before....The hotel is getting a little tired but this is reflected in the room rate. On check in (12th Nov at approx 5pm ) the lady behind the desk was fantastic, very friendly and informative..sorry I don't remember her name but she was working right through the night as she told us that the bar is open til 5am!!! We were on the 4th floor and it was very quiet despite the hotel looked busy. Breakfast was very good but had to wait for fried eggs to come out. Will use again for sure. 👍👍

Enjoyed our stay only disappointed thing was we had to queue to get in for 30 minutes in the pouring rain and wind. Not a pleasant experience. We had to ask for some towels as none were in our room. We were visiting the Christmas markets first night of 2021 Friday 12th November. Apart from that the room was fine. Warm, comfy, no problems.
