Had the pleasure of dealing with Millie this morning to buy my son a suit for prom. She was so helpful, polite and knowledgeable, and my son was super happy with the suit that Millie fitted for him. And a 15% prom discount too ! Highly recommend. Thank you Millie :)

The trick here is to get a shop assistant to deal with you. They are dedicated and helpful. If they are busy do not expect to be well treated. You can make an appointment! This is mass produced black tie but does the job at a fraction of the price. Renting a waste of time if you use more than thrice. Wait for a sale or a deal. They are frequent.

Went in twice this afternoon with my fiancé, we ignored both times, staff had no customers the second time and all left the floor. Apparently their company don’t need money!

Needed a white dinner jacket in February. Two ladies sorted it in minutes and though it was not in stock it was delivered before noon the next day and is a perfect fit and a good jacket. Went to the store as had a work event with little notice. I can't remember the lady's name but she was INCREDIBLY helpful and tailored my suit perfectly to my build and gave her honest opinion for things like ties, shoes etc. Professional, Friendly and just an awesome asset to your company. Thank you, I WILL be returning in the future.

Only one choice of slim fit suits. I booked a "styling" appointment only to have about 4 other customers pinching the staff member and he was only able to give me one choice of suit to style. Didn't really explore what I was looking for hence the 3 stars.

Moss online failed me quite badly on an order and I was unable to contact them or Hermes (it was a missing delivery issue). In desperation I rang my local store to see if they could help; and Katie could not have done more. She chased everywhere she could to get me a response (although it wasn't the one I wanted, I did at least get the elusive update on what was going on) and then she worked really hard to rectify the problem. Absolutely top class service when so many others are not stepping up to the plate. Thank you, Katie; I hope you get your glass of wine tonight !

Couldn't ask to be served by more friendly and welcoming people. Genuine. Honest. Caring. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys to others and go back myself!!
