They have lost a customer. They seriously need some customer service training. Having been spoken to like a 5 year old by little miss snobby upstairs. I don't care if you use to be an art curator you do not speak to people as though you are above them then go all sweetness and light when they tell you your tone is rude and will not be purchasing the item you had planned to. No wonder they are struggling in salisburys branch with women like her chasing away customers.
