Terrible. Just terrible meant to have an appointment at 5 and it dragged on until 5:45 and the Doctors were no help at all it makes me think are they even Doctors ? I would give no stars if possible it's that awful

Friendly surgery, easy to register and get an appointment. Since the pandemic, the telephone appointments with the doctors have been helpful and reassuring without having to step out, unless recommended to come in by the doctor. Sadly, it will be closing in March 2021.

Major problems with my diabetes....the diabetic consultant at RYH trying to put me on insulin but the prescriptions she's sending to Mnmouth Surgery seem to be just ignored.
