Generally very good. This store is always well stocked, it's well laid out and obviously Asda prices are pretty good. Selection of brands and options of everything are aplenty. I've just been very abruptly spoken to by a store worker in the clothing section, who talked over me and cut me short, half way through a sentence asking where some pyjamas were. Rude customer service is never good, but her blunt and unapologetic attitude isn't enough to downgrade my opinion of this store.

They are developing new business places at the moment here. However they have a lovely information center there where you can use facilities and also a very nice comfortable area to change and feed your baby. There's a very wide range of shop's here also coffee shops aswel you can grab food also here. Definitely a nice place to visit. Free big car park

Monks cross has totally gone down hill to how it used to be. Hardly any decent shops there anymore, I used to go to monks cross all the time as it had everything there, I think the only time I'll ever go back is to go to asda. It has plenty of eating places and coffee shops but hardly any shops. Such a shame, another run down shopping centre

Accessible as ever, good parking & time stay. Still a good number of choice of stores. Some of the units that are empty could do to have their names removed by now though. The advantage of being here is that some of the nearby areas can be accessed by foot if you are able to.
