Our experience at Monga's was fantastic thanks to Manik's absolutely brilliant customer service. He was very attentive to our needs and went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with our purchase. His friendly and polite manner contributed to a very pleasant shopping experience.

Absolutely lovely line if outfits for every occasion! Elegant and classy styles to fall in love with. Staff are really helpful. Would reccomend a visit.

Lovely range of clothing. Quite pricey, but you can always try best bartar! Very modern and traditional wear. Something for everyone. Service is a bit slow and it's very busy on a weekend. Choose a good time to go other than that you will defo5find the perfect dress for you here.

If you are lucky you will find a real bargain! Brilliant quick turnaround of suit alterations and very helpful staff. Glad to see the company doing well in their new shop (in a much better location!)

REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! A MONEY HUNGRY BUSINESS!!! This place is a living business JOKE! They are so quick to take your money, but do not care about the service after the sale. I chose Monga's because of the brand image, and how well they have grown and exceeded in the market. Actually this is a mask that covers the poor customer service, the inexperienced staff, no processes, no compassion, no sympathy, no understanding - Do I really need to keep going on? Monga;s is the worst place to go for your outfits, you are better off traveling further away or spending more money on getting the experience you want when you go shopping for such exciting events. The terms and conditions are so aggressive, very firm and is all one sided for the business only - there is nothing on that sheet of paper that side with the customer - I mean what happen to the Consumer Rights Act? - But theses people don't care. Its just AWFUL! The owners need to learn to leave their EGO at the door, and concentrate on building a good experience for everyone that walks through those doors. I made 6 trips to the shop, and gods honest truth -- there were 4 women complaining about their order! To say it was shocking is an understatement!

Amazing service!! We bought outfits for my son and daughter in law from here yesterday after being conned by another wedding boutique. The care and attention from staff was amazing! So patient and polite! We were on a tight schedule and the alterations were done in a few hours. Gopal deserves a special mention as his suggestions were spot on and helped my son greatly to make a choice for the best outfit. Monga's will be our first port of call from now! Thanks so much!

Sadly the reviews on here seem fake or very old. I cannot believe someone leaving such good reviews now. Every customer I see at the desk is complaining about the several mistakes made on their orders. I understand they are very busy but they should maybe get more staff? Or slow things down? Or write down what customers ask for. There is no evidence. So I suggest you make a video of all your orders and experiences. It will help you. Otherwise they will pretend you didn't ask for the colour or size etc. Very poor experience for us today. Sadly we will not come again. I wish others can kindly write their honest experience so we as customers do not get caught in this Trap!!!
