REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! A MONEY HUNGRY BUSINESS!!!
This place is a living business JOKE! They are so quick to take your money, but do not care about the service after the sale. I chose Monga's because of the brand image, and how well they have grown and exceeded in the market. Actually this is a mask that covers the poor customer service, the inexperienced staff, no processes, no compassion, no sympathy, no understanding - Do I really need to keep going on? Monga;s is the worst place to go for your outfits, you are better off traveling further away or spending more money on getting the experience you want when you go shopping for such exciting events. The terms and conditions are so aggressive, very firm and is all one sided for the business only - there is nothing on that sheet of paper that side with the customer - I mean what happen to the Consumer Rights Act? - But theses people don't care. Its just AWFUL! The owners need to learn to leave their EGO at the door, and concentrate on building a good experience for everyone that walks through those doors. I made 6 trips to the shop, and gods honest truth -- there were 4 women complaining about their order! To say it was shocking is an understatement!
