Boodles may be the most famous of Liverpool’s jewellers but Milton has always been the jewellers for everyone in the city not just the super wealth. I don’t know a person who hasn’t bought something amazing from here. They are known for their fantastic prices and even more amazing pieces. Just wish I could phone up and pay bits off pieces I like over the phone or online because I’d buy twice as many!! Xx

Dissapointed bought a lot of Jewellery and watches from here, don’t usually leave reviews in this case i feel I must, had a ring back in 3 times over a period of time each time needing a new diamond at my expense every time, this time spoke to a rude member of staff she said she can’t find any log of this in my opinion seems very strange as jobs been done 3 times this time around, then at the end of the phone call after only knocking a £100 of the total bill I get told pick it up the day I’ve told you to on the receipt. I asked could I have a simple phone call to tell me when it’s ready to collect and was rudely told no just pick up the date it says on the receipt, what sort of customer Care is this? Please some one not so rude feel free to get in touch to discuss this issue further.

Looking for wedding rings in all different jewellers in Liverpool. Came to miltons last. Soon as I walked in I fell in love with the ring. I have been searching for. Best customer service I received from the staff they are very welcoming. Honset. So happy. Highly recommend to you all. X x x

Highly recommend. Modern and vintage Rolex experts. Honesty and integrity are the 2 words that spring to mind. I have dealt with them on many occasions and couldn’t be happier with company or staff.

I had a dress ring repaired here and could not fault the service provided. The price was nearly a quarter of the estimate from other jewellers in town and the job was completed on time and I looked like a new ring. The customer service was superb- friendly polite and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Have dealt with Miltons purchasing four Rolex watches and they have always been absolutely brilliant, the staff are extremely pleasant and have the patience of Saints! I’ve received fantastic advice on several occasions too and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them as their knowledge and customer service is of the highest possible standard!

On Monday we visited Milton's, just for a look at a ruby ring!!!!. Straightaway I noticed a lovely white gold baguette ring. It was slightly to small, but that was no problem it could be made bigger. It would be ready by Saturday. So today we picked ut up. Its beautiful. The staff are amazing. Kind courteous, and they make your purchase feel special no matter how much or how little you spend. Thankyou all once again and believe me We Will Be Back 🌻 ,
