My fiancé was enquiring about wedding ring prices. As she had come from the gym the sales representative was quick to judge her appearance and said “our rings start from $2000 unless your willing to pay that I wouldn’t leave your details” to which my partner walked out. I find the irony to judge a someone wearing a $17000 engagement ring over $2000 or even at all without even speaking to them. I wouldn’t waste your time with these people as apparently appearance sells jewellery not asking what the customer is after.

Very professional and fair pricing. Had an issue with my wedding ring and took it in to hopefully have them try and fix it. But instead they made me a whole new ring that was tougher. I'm very happy with the outcome and thankful to the team at Glendale for their professionalism. Highly recommend.
