A very unpleasant call out experience. The engineer was insulting and claimed there was nothing wrong with our washing machine. Yet still charged for the call out. I went with a different company who waited for the problem I described to show up on the machine and then identified and fixed within problem within two hours. That's what these guys should have done. Obviously there are other people here happy with the company, because all the 5 star reviews were what led us to call. But maybe these are mostly for the sale of washing machines, or call out's where better engineers have been sent. I can't recommend for the chance you get the same engineer we got.

We bought a Bosch Washine Machine from Merseyside Domestic Appliances we were very impressed by the promptness that it was delivered the next day, connected and the old machine taken away. I would Highly Recommend this firm to anyone.
