Very good venue. Been here all week on a training course. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Very clean hotel in the heart of Manchester. Will be definitely coming back once Covid has died down for a weekend break.

Well placed being right on Piccadilly Gardens. That's probably the only good feature. Rooms are tiny and the walls are very thin so if you have a neighbour talk at a regular volume then you're not going to sleep. Took a few attempts and even a room move to where we had no joining rooms to have a decent sleep.

The restaurant manager is extremely very rude. Some staff are day makers such as the reseptionist and the house cleaners. But the restaurant manager ruined my entire holiday with his rudeness everyday. The place is expensive to what it offers, it has a cheap design. Few of the staff and the location is all what this hotel about.

Good hotel at the city centre Manchester. Rooms are clean and good, bed quality is also good. Have nice Restaurent with good city view and very wide open. Pick hour start from 7:30 till 9:00 am. Offers very good breakfast too. Employees are well mannered and helpful. Only downside of this hotel is elevators, during pick hour you may have to wait long. Room heating system could have been better.

Visited with my elderly Dad for a couple of days. Never stayed at the Piccadilly before. Hotel a little tired if I'm honest and probably three stars including heating in the room that doesn't seem to work properly. Upgraded my review to four stars based on Ibby on Reception and Lourna (I think) in the bar, both of whom were very welcoming.
