Picked up my car recently and was delighted with the service from all of the staff. Very friendly and professional service from the start (dealing with Laura in sales) to finish (Emma's handover) which made the process of buying the car very easy. Would highly recommend - keep up the good work.

Been here twice. Parking is a squeeze but staff generally helpful. However both times I was standing there for 20 minutes before someone even acknowledged me.

Every time I have come here not enough people working on service desk and other staff just watch as you are waiting instead of helping. Customer service shocking. 1 month ago I asked for someone from business to give me a quote about a bch I was wanting and no one got back to me despite attending twice in person so they lost out on a sale. And today told I would get my old car back at 12.15 and it’s now 13.20 and still waiting so I’ve had to cancel meetings that I had arranged around this as the branch assured me at time of booking and when I dropped off that it would be ready. There are other Mercedes branches that I will use from now on despite them being further away from where I live. Avoid this branch at all costs.

I bought a new car (Mercedes A class 180 sport) on October 18,the salesman (Craig Sutherland) was extremely helpful/knowledgeable/ and very friendly approach to selling this car to me and my wife, which was much appreciated. I have dealt primarily with the Business team at Glasgow for several years. They have always been extremely helpful & knowledgeable. The service team also deserve recognition for their friendliness, attitude and keeping the customer informed. Overall great dealership
