I Would Advise everyone to stay as far away from this solicitor as possible. They’re an absolute JOKE. Extremely UNPROFESSIONAL, UNRELIABLE and in my eyes Should Not Be Working with the Vulnerable. They’re Facebook page shows a logo of theirs alongside one of The Alzheimer’s Society.. first glance looks like they work together.. But I welcome you to contact Alzheimer’s Society who I currently have a complaint with regarding this, as they do not recommend These or any other solicitors. The experience our family has had at the most difficult time of loosing a loved one has been nothing but Pathetic. Two weeks of constant chasing them, No call back, No email response, No nothing!! And the attitude on the one woman there is diabolical, it’s an absolute shambles of a place! When we eventually had a appointment, we had the will shoved in our hand and was told there was no need for them to help anymore, we could sort it ourselves. Oh and on top of all that, they messed up with simple instructions of what was SUPPOSED to be in the WILL!!!! DO NOT TRUST THESE!!!!

I have used ME Law Practice for both conveyancing and Will writing. They are a fantastic local firm to deal with, very personable and approachable, and are more welcoming than the perception of a solicitor is. I would highly recommend them for all services offered, and their work within the care home and nursing home fees is second to none. Clients can only say positive things about the company and the staff.

What a shambles. Botched my conveyencing and broke confidence by gossiping with the vendor's agent. Messed up the drafting of my father's weill and unable to find the document when came in to discuss. I am now in an emergency situation where I urgently need advice and access to the documents. After calling them 6 times over a period of almost 2 weeks I finally got a call back to say I have to wait for almost 3 weeks. 2 weeks of messages just to hear that no meetings are available. Stay well clear.

Did not return calls for 3 months despite this being a very difficult time following a death in the family. Very worrying. I can understand why some comments below have described their experience as unprofessional.
