5/ 5

We have used Rhian on several occasions and found her to be fastidious, she was particularly helpful even supportive of us through several failed attempts to buy. But my trust in her ability was gained during a difficult sale, complicated by divorce and a 'home rights' notice.

5/ 5

Right from the beginning Rhian was approachable, knowledgeable and made buying a house during a pandemic a much less stressful experience. Her levels of communication and organisation are outstanding and she responded promptly to any queries I raised during the process, with constant updates on progress. It was also refreshing to be able to speak to her on the phone instead of a constant stream of emails. Excellent value for money. I cannot recommend her highly enough and will be returning soon to arrange a Will. Thank you Rhian!

5/ 5

E&J acted for us for a recent house purchase - very refreshing to have a competent, efficient, pragmatic and personable service at a competitive rate. Quick responses to emails, always willing to talk on the phone (we could actually talk to someone on the phone!) and patient with our endless questions. Put the larger conveyancing practices to shame and demonstrated the value of buying local. Highly recommended. 5*
