Complete shambles. Botched the conveyencing on a property I was attempting to purchase. Made a mess of the drafting of my father's will and then could not find the document when we went to discuss it. The last straw is that it has taken 6 phone calls and almost two weeks just to find out that I can't get an appointment with ME for another three weeks - and this is an emergency situation where they are sitting on the Power of Attorney documents i need to sort out a a critical situation with my parents. My advise is to stay well clear.
