I was impressed at the quality of communication from McVey & Murricane. They made everything very easy to achieve through effective use of online forms. Very helpful on the telephone. They provided excellent information so I could make informed decisions. They responded very quickly to form submission and acknowledged bank transfers very quickly indeed. Many of these responses were manual in addition to any automated responses. Fees were on a par with other companies and I felt no need to shop around. Almost all of my interaction with them was via web pages and email - a point to bear in mind.

For a first time buyer, the service provided by M&M was fantastic. Made the whole process stress free providing detailed information in plain English for easy understanding of the legal implications of buying a house. Additionally, all staff were extremely friendly and polite and communicated all necessary details and updates promptly. Cannot thank M&M enough for their assistance in giving myself and my family our dream home and would highly recommend them.

First time using M&M, for the sale of my property and the purchase of a new property. The service provided was outstanding. Communication was brilliant and it was easy to speak to someone if I had a query. On the two occasions that I left a message I received a call back the same day, both times were after 5:30pm, when most other solicitors would be away home! My case handler changed from Shirley to Stephanie halfway through, and if I hadn't been told I wouldn't have known, the service and updates remained seamless. Everything came together perfectly in the end, the changeover on both cases was smooth. Very impressed overall, I wouldn't hesitate to use M&M again and I would have no issues recommending their services.

Great service for a first time buyer. I liked the wee information and guides they provided, it made it an easy process and everything was explained for me. Any queries were answered promptly and they said from the beginning that I might not hear from them for a while and its normal and part of the process. Anytime I did a check in email the solicitor was friendly and answered all of my questions. Would definitely recommend McVey and Murricane to others.
