I regularly visit Gary at Massage Solutions for maintenance massage. Recently I tried the new vibration therapy available & included within a treatment session. The feeling was a bit weird to start off with but you quickly get used to it & the benefits are amazing! It completely adds to the quality & results I get from my regular sessions. Not many people are offering this extra service so with the good quality deep tissue massage, good customer service and very professional approach I would highly recommend Massage Solutions to anyone looking for positive outcomes from this kind of therapy!

Seen Gary twice now for a sports massage. I was having a lot of shoulder and back pain before the treatment. First class sports massage , feeling much better after 2 sessions and pain almost gone. Will continue to use.

I recently visited Gary at Massage Solutions with an on going pain in my shoulder joint. Gary quickly worked out where the problem was coming from and took to work on the area. Over 3 half an hour sessions he managed to initially relieve the pain and relax my shoulder in order to help me sleep and move my shoulder better. He explained that he can help the injury recover and provided me with stretching advice and simple exercises between sessions to help the recovery. After the final session and within 7 days I pretty much back to 100% and will continue to take Gary's advice to complete my recovery. GOOD ADVICE, GOOD TREATMENT & GOOD VALUE! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

I visited Gary with my daughter who had neck problems, Gary has been working on her weekly and is still on going however the improvement is really good , Gary quickly identified he area of the problem , my daughters headaches have virtually stopped and her neck movement has increased significantly

I have been to Gary a few times now for a sports massage and he is fantastic. I first went before the Great North Run which really helped prepare me for the race and then after which helped ease my muscles. I would greatly recommend his service.
