Absolutely class! I have had serious headaches and a tight neck and shoulders for coming up to 2 years with pain in my lower back frequently also. I was recommended to go see Jaime by a friend and what a great recommendation it was, since the treatment last week I have felt better than in years and have started being able to get back on the bike and Cross trainer without any pain and it’s made me feel good again, I will be going back anytime I feel the tightness as it’s simply amazing how much better I feel. I couldn’t recommend Jaime highly enough, not only is she fantastic at knowing how the body works and at helping sort the pains she is also just genuinely a nice person with real expertise. Thank You Jaime 👍🏼

5/ 5

Jaime's expertise and skillset are the reasons I have continued to see and support her for the past 5+ years. She alleviates my many aches and niggles through sports massage, physical therapy and acupuncture, as well as offering advice on exercises I can do to manage and maintain myself in between appointments with her. For these reasons I would highly recommend her.

I've tried different physios and sport therapists in the past and never really felt it helped, even after repeat sessions. Jaime listens, accurately assesses and treats the real problem so you walk out a new person! Never had one session that didn't help with my niggles and pains. She's also a lovely human that cares about her patients. Wouldn't use anyone else and would highly recommend

5/ 5

After living with back pain on and off for 20 years the past 6 months has left me unable to sleep well due to constant pain and struggling to get threw my working day. After several trips to the GP and pain medication to help me sleep I was debating a trip to A&E and decided to give Jaime a call to see if she was able to help. Jaime was able to fit me in the next day due to a cancellation and at my appointment was professional and knowledgeable with where she believed my pain was and what was causing it. During the appointment Jaime made me feel at ease and comfortable. It has been a week since I visited and I have not had to take any medication given by the GP to help me sleep, the pain is substantially less and I felt improvement immediately. I don’t know what Jaime did but she has healing hands and I can’t recommend her enough for anyone who is in any pain. Constant pain for 6 months to feel the way I do after 1 appointment with Jaime when the GP was unable to help … Thank You!!

I have been one of those people who only go to see a Physio once I have pain, in fact I only really go after moaning at the doctors and realising that tablets dont work. Well thats who i have been for the last 44 years Since Jaime helped me with tennis elbow during lockdown last year I am huge believer in the miracles that she can perform. For the last 5 months I go to see Jaime every month for my prevention is better than cure session and always come out feeling a different person My only concern was that I dont do a huge amount of sports but I am active and realised that working with a qualified sports therapist who really cares is something I wish I had done years ago For example last week, I was away on holiday, bashed my leg on a water slide and struggled to work as now I have swollen ankle's but have spoken to Jaime this morning and session booked for this friday with advice given for what I need to do before then Jaime you have changed my life and I would highly recommend you to anyone who needs Sports Therapy regardless of how much sports you do
