Will not have any more dealings with this company. After calling for 3 consecutive days to check if a landlord would be happy to have a guide dog living in their property with no one bothering to call us back we were informed that, yes it would have been okay but it didn't matter now as they had today taken a holding deposit, something we would have done if someone had bothered to contact us! Absolutely livid.

Turned up for a viewing to find 2 other prospective tenants there at the same time. No explanation or acknowledgement from the agent, very off hand and unprofessional in my opinion. Would not be happy tenrent through such a poor agent.

I have been renting my property through Martin and Co which is also fully managed by them for the last 6 years and found their service to be excellent. They are extremely professional in the way they conduct their business. As I'm living abroad it would not be easy to let a property but I am confident leaving it in their hands. Would most definitely recommend them.
