M&Co worked quickly to sort out referencing and paperwork so our move in to the property was smooth. Gaye was always friendly and any maintenance issues we had with the property were resolved. My partner and I found a property to view through Martin and Co Bath and dealt with Sarah Nieman. She was incredibly friendly and helpful - she was able to meet us at the property within 10 minutes of calling to view it. Recommending based purely on the service, I thought Sarah was brilliant - and its shame the property wasn't right for us. I hope we come across you again in the future.

Martin & Co Bath manages the property we are letting since 2019. They have been very helpful the whole time. Maintenance issues have been addressed promptly. One issue that we are particularly happy with is pets. Martin & Co have been accommodating since the beginning of our tenancy (and thanks to the landlord), and when we were looking for a new place, they have provided a reference letter regarding our dog, which can make a difference in a lettings market that is still pretty much pets-averse.
