For 4 half starI expected a better. Hotel room TV was small Chairs uncomfortable Balcony small and not inviting at all. Rusty marks on tiles old patio furniture. Staff however lovely. Buffet breakfast is well worth the money. Location good . No daily servic for rooms less than a weeks stay So we had to use pool towels for clean towels. There was a shortage of linen one day I've stayed in far better hotels for half that price Considering they charge $400 a night compared to $400 in surfers a hotel room at the Marriott .This should not be 4 half stars hotel Maybe 4 stars The Pool area was lovely especially at night. But not many sun loungers or chair space around the pool to sit. For the size of this hotel Note they call a hotel room An apartment. It's a room. So make sure you book the right one As it can be deceiving when they advertise it as an apartment . It's not even a studio it's a hotel room With tiny fridge. Kettle Tea Coffee Complimentary milk . Iron Ironing board If I go to Darwin again I will stay elsewhere. I was disappointed with the size of Hotel room and Furnishings. Bathroom sink leaked so we couldn't wash up properly . Though Bathroom was modern and clean. I never give negative comments usually But don't expect 4 half stars For this Patched up carpet by the balcony sliding doors . Sorry but in it wasn't a water view I would have felt closed in

Nice apartment but disappointing that their cafe/restaurant was closed all day once the breakfast was over so no 24 hour service and no Foxtel as advertised on their web site. I’m fed up of hearing it’s because of covid which is the stock standard excuse,

3/ 5

No oven in apartments. Rooms are very small, the photos are deceiving. No supported way to get luggage to/from car park, so you need to illegally park in a bus zone to load/unload. No smoking even on balconies. No adjustment of air-conditioning below the prescribed temperature limit. On the positive side, there is a ceiling fan in the tiny bedroom (which you will need since you cannot lower the a/c temp). The staff are very friendly. Good views. Clean and tidy. Air purifier in room.
