Great experience all round. Parking, pool facilities, room facilities and location were all plus points. However, the room was missing some basic amenities like liquid hand soap, tissue box and dishwashing basics and there was an issue with the dryer in one of the rooms.

3/ 5

Spacious apartment but really, really stingy on hospitality and comfort. No effort to provide quality extras (cheap toilet paper, nasty little motel soap [2 soap for 4 people for 7 days] one sachet of dishwashing liquid and one laundry detergent). Little attention to maintenance: holes in walls, paint peeling in places, etc., etc. Obviously a policy of "who cares" applies. Odd apartment design: has a drying / smoking room heated by the air conditioning unit. This room is white but big and could be nice to sit there (indoor /outdoor idea, but there was no comfortable outdoor furniture. Frankly, there wasn't enough indoor lounges either. Mediocre, at best. Poor choices where it matters most.

The location was great and the apartment was spacious, modern and spotlessly clean. Hands down, the nicest apartment we have stayed in . A huge thanks to Jasmyn on reception for making sure our check-in went smoothly and for her suggestions on places to dine. We will definitely stay here again 👌
