Manor Medical Practice – Allerton bradford

Been trying for weeks to get an appointment been in pain with my back tried again today and all appointments have gone. I find this hugely unfair to those of us who have to work mornings and can't book online or call in leaving me having to phone and be told I can't have an appointment

Went to see Dr Magid Ali on an open surgery which is 8.30am - 9.30 am Monday’s and Fridays, wednesdays at Girlington surgery. Be prepare to wait up to 3hrs. However I was only there for an hour. Explained all my problems to Dr Ali and my referrals has been fast tracked. I’m up for a scan in two weeks time. Hopefully it’s all good news.

I've missed 2 phone calls from my GP, so I decided to walk in hoping Dr. K would see me and check my infected leg which she already seen through photo I sent earlier through the GP link. I turned up to Allerton's site hoping Dr. K is there. The receptionist asked for my details and after that I told her the reason why I was there. She asked me to wait outside the reception area. I said no. "Let the doctor decide and not you". I have and infected left leg due to insect bite and I'm diabetic. I don't want it to get worst. She insisted that I should go to other waiting area facing the door. Then she lied to the GP. She said that I wasn't wearing a mask thats why she asked me to wait by the front door area. The GP told me this...that I wasn't wearing a mask. I said to the GP that I put on my mask even before coming our of my car. I can contest this and demand to watch the cctv cos I'm sure cctv cannot lie. She even perfected an act playing like the victim. Even the regional manager didn't say sorry and instead told me off!..like I was the one who was nasty. The name of the receptionist is THYRA. Be careful with her as she can tell lies even to a GP. In the end, I was prescribed antibiotics.

Ridiculous for emergency appointments reason why A and E is packed in Bradford 6 hour wait thanks to your lazy gp service

If I could give a zero star rating, I would. Diabolic service and extremely rude and unhelpful receptionist who answered my call on behalf of my boss. Thank god I'm not a patient. Register here at your peril!!

Pretty disappointed if I'm honest..... Even though I seldom visit my doctor, every single time I am disappointed.... I don't know what the farce is with getting a prescription but why do I always have to chase it up for a week or two an chase around all the pharmacies in the district... Anyway, rant over....

It seems doctors and their staff stopped working. No availability, been trying to call for days
