These were not the cheapest quote we got but we have had similar work done before and paying extra to have a job managed properly and avoid stress is worth the extra. Unfortunately this was not the case with MWF. What was booked in as a 2 - 3 day job turned into a month of sending pictures of problems, phone calls every other day and taking extra days off to be in when the workmen came because we thought if they were left alone wouldn't respect our home. After the windows were fitted we had to have the window manufacturer send a one of there own workers to take out all the beading and replace because they were that bad. This was not flagged by the fitter at any point and i had to raise it and chase to get this fixed. The windows were that bad it took the guy 2 days to put them right. In the end the windows are good but nothing special not worth the inflated price tag. My neighbours are having their windows done same house same type of windows a lot cheaper and the guy was in and out within 2 days, live and learn more expensive doesn't always mean better. I can only tell you my experience and what happened with my job and like many other people you look at reviews and the reviews are good. The caveat to that is for a company that has been trading for so long and is so busy why do they only have 21 reviews, something to think about.

Just had Manchester window factory install 11 replacement box sash windows and couldn't reccommend them more highly. From start to finish the service has been fantastic. Alex took his time to initally go through all the options for us in the showroom he wasn't pushy and showed us options from budget right to the top end, he took a lot of time to find the right products for us made us feel welcome and answered all our questions. They were knowledgeable and kept In touch throughout the process. Danny went through options and prices with us to find out ideal solutions to fit our budget and requirements. The lads that fit the windows were friendly, and on time and did a great job. We were impressed at how they checked over details with us at each stage to ensure we were happy. Good quality, took their time to ensure a good finish that we were happy with. Would 100% reccommend Manchester window factory. They even reduced the leading time to suit our needs. Top job thanks guys!

We had our large bay window incorporating French Doors replaced. Our brief to Alex was that we just wanted to replicate the existing wooden framed units with new UPVC with the wood grain effect. The result was fantastic. The new windows and French Door were perfect. The installation was done on the agreed date and the fitters were very tidy and were very careful not to damage any existing decoration. We are very pleased with the job.

5star service from Alex and the boys. Great price for a quality product. Danny was great during the quote process, no pressure or stupid gimmicks. By far the most convincing presentation backed up by the company's excellent reputation made it an easy decision. The fitters were great too, really nice lads who I felt comfortable with to leave in my house. At the end of each day they tidied up and left the house clean. Very positive experience all round

We had the pleasure of MWF supplying a quote and carrying out the job on our home in Timperley, Feb 2019, 2 very large bay windows and 3 other windows plus a new front door and porch. Danny came out and measured the job then no fuss, no messing, he gave us a quote which my husband and I thought was excellent. Danny, Alex and the two fitters who came to us, thank you for a superb job. No fuss, no hassle, no excuses, they came on time, Great product and great company. Highly recommend. Thank you very much Manchester Window Factory.
