Incredible landmark of Manchester......
Interesting to see. I didn't know it was there. Had a walk around Manchester. It's cool
Lovely bit of local history. Not very big but still a lovely place to visit. On-street pay and display parking nearby.
Historically brilliant, the birthplace of Manchester. Quite a lot to read in and around the Fort too for anyone who's interested.
They built a very good reconstruction of the wall and gates using local stone, with plenty of information boards to explain the site and its history.
The information boards are worth reading. Combined with the ruins they really give an insight into the Roman world in Manchester. Maybe avoid getting in the ditches.
Not much there, I wouldn't make a journey there. But if passing a quick look.
Good afternoon out for my kids who are learning about the Romans, signage around to explain what it was we were seeing, good views from the top
A nice historic place visit for a picnic or A great place for a pub crawl.
Smaller than I thought but boards are educational
