The Crystal Maze LIVE Experience – manchester

Absolutely brilliant experience. This is the second time visiting and they had changed all the games so it was a new experience for us. It feels like you are actually on the game show, a proper immersive experience. Games were of medium difficulty, some hard and we did have 2 lock ins. Some physicals were slightly easier for us and so we picked them a lot. Fantastic staff - Danny and Hazza. Very COVID safe. We won 13 crystals (average is 6!). We got 65 seconds in the dome.

Had an amazing time - Billy Brooklyn was our host and kept us entertained for our visit (at one point he was practising sword fighting!)! Everything was super clean, all rules were explained and social distancing kept to. Enjoyed the challenges and although do them solo team encouragement and participation needed! Would not hesitate to go again

The staff are really friendly and full of advice and quick tips that will help you in the game. The game masters are impeccable. Full of life and character that blows you away. The games are very fun. Great for large or small groups. Overall the experience is like no other.

This place was a great laugh, me and the lady went and had a great time. Billy was fantastic, hilarious as well, he turned it into a proper experience. Also I won and when it comes down to it that's what matters.... fun, competitive and a group of strangers can have a great laugh so a group of mates could have even more fun!

I visited about 2 years ago and never remembered to do this review. We as a family of 10 from 70+ to 6+ years all had a great day. Brilliant satff and we solved the problem !!

Enjoyed this a lot, however as a suggestion, please have the option for people to pay more and have the whole session for their group. We were joined by another group and the dynamics was kind of odd. We wanted there to be a fair allocation of games, but when you don't know the other team, it can be difficult deciding who should do what. It also would have been good to know roughly how many games our time slot could fit, so that everyone had a good try at as many games as possible. We also had 2 hosts repeat the exact same story line twice, which I believe ate into our time. We were waiting for some latecomers and this definitely impacted the number of games we done.

Absolutely great! It's such an engrossing experience. The scenery is perfect and straight from the program! The Aztec zone was a particular group favourite. A really good mix of games, something for everyone. Our Maze master "The Captain", was superb, he may actually have been trained by Richard O'Brien, really quick witted and it just made the experience even more fun. Definitely find an excuse to go!

We absolutely loved Crystal Maze in Manchester. The games were challenging and fun. Our host 'Anytime' was so entertaining. Kept energy and enthusiasm levels up and made us laugh the whole time. The zones were so well done, just like the TV show. Amazing quality and attention to detail. Aztec zone was my favourite. Can't wait to go back and tackle some of the other rooms

Finally got the experience this and have to say it was absolutely incredible!! Our guide Hermes was fantastic and we managed 11 crystals! Definitely going to cross off the rooms we completed and come back and do the other rooms!! Only downside we didn't get Hermes' number 😅

Amazing experience, well worth the money! The decor is amazing, the challenges are so much fun and Betsy is the best tour guide ever! Really impressed, perfect for a corporate day, team bonding or for a date! Our group was quite late, they were so accommodating, they kept pushing us back so everyone could make it in time!
