Absolute awful customer service, arranged for a visit to design my kitchen but nobody turned up, called me 90 minutes after they should have arrived with excuses, said they were too busy to call me, to let me know they were not going to be there, then told my fitter that they had tried to contact me but I had not answered the call, shocking service from a company that I would have expected better from, I have used Howdens previously and never had a problem, will be returning to them after this experience from Magnet.
