Very unhappy with current level of service from Imperial Kitchens - Christmas in 2 days time and kitchen left unfinished with no response from the Company or their fitter. Very poor service..... Not happy. Would never recommend using this company

Positives: High quality materials Negatives: But fitting slightly let down by young fiitters. Gripes include... Loose wood screw left jammed between rear of worktop and wall so that worktop had 2mm gap to wall when fitted Rubbish left behind once job conplete Water pipes left exposed rather than hidden behind trunking Wall unit doors hung at slightly different heights One base unit door had been drilled into on the inside then fitted as the drilling hadn't gone through and caused a hole. Rating reduced to two stars as under cupboard lighting tubes have failed (supplied by Imperial) and they are not interested in giving any advice to replace with equivalent or new solution.

After getting quotes from 2 of the top bedroom/kitchen fitters in the country, I decided to put my faith in Kev and the team. I’m so glad I did. I am thrilled with my wardrobes, under stairs storage and kitchen face lift. I felt safe and spoilt. Attention to detail was superb, quality outstanding, good old fashioned courtesy and manners to ensure the customer came first. From start to finish an enjoyable experience at a great price. Recommend without reservation.
