I've been going here since I was 5 (I'm now 28) and have been a fan of many of the Dr's (Dr Griffiths was brilliant), none moreso than my current Dr, Dr Jakub. He takes the time to listen, takes the time to explain his thinking and most of all he's got it right every time. I really appreciate his help and understanding and I wish more Dr's would take that extra few minutes to explain why they're doing what they're doing and help the patient understand what is/was wrong with them.

My husband has just been here for a blood test. Staff doing the blood tests were great, unfortunately the same can't be said for the extremely rude receptionist when he first entered the building.

My sister has just been refused access to the GP by a receptionist. The receptionist, wrongly, accused her of foul language. She refused to make an appointment for her and refused to allow her to speak to the practice manager, putting the phone down on her numerous times. Dreadful, unhelpful woman.
