5/ 5

Always been satisfied with treatment whenever my family or I have needed to use this centre. Usually seen very quickly by caring people. A really beneficial place for people to go to when in need of help & reassurance, & right on our doorstep! Would strongly resist any attempt to close or reduce this centre.

Rude receptionists who lie to you over the phone and make it difficult to get appointments. Even after being told by arrowe park to see my baby receptionists were moody and snotty with my mrs. Joke of a surgery that has the cheek to ask for help stopping it being shut down.

Exemplary healthcare, and feedback from NP Katrina at a time when I was very worried and suffering pain. Attended the centre when I could not get a gp appointment, and a&e at the local hospital was standing room only. I was surprised at the speed at which I was seen after presenting at reception, and as mentioned above, the care I received was exceptional. The staff were personable, friendly and professional, from the receptionists to the health professionals. Cannot recommend The Miriam highly enough. An invaluable service to the ailing and vulnerable in our community, and to deprive us of this would be nothing short of politically motivated criminality. Five Stars, all day long.

Although the website states 8pm closing & last patient checked in by 7:30.pm. We arrived at 7:16 pm to be turned away by receptionist as they won't see anyone after 7:15pm!!!! Great patient care from a walk in centre under threat of closure. Hardly surprising if our experience is anything to go by. Disgraceful.

Wow what an amazing experience truly. My wife and I visited for our booster jab. Security in carpark showed us to a spare bay which was hiding in the corner. A second Security guy on the front door informed us what to do inside and where to go. Excellent staff at reception and the nurses were very helpful and informative. There are lots of people going through this process and some are wary about a variety of things. I cannot praise this practice enough for the way we were treated. Thank you....

I was in here few days ago for mY BOOSTER jab I was not impressed at all with the hygiene I didn’t see any chairs getting cleaned after everyone patient left sitting down. Plus the fella on the door with his clipboard was reading out the wrong numbers and told patients he normally wears glasses 🤓 well wear them and get it right. Plus when I went up stairs to wait in a narrow corridor to be seen every room was open no privacy for anyone can hear everything not good at all… Plus there was no 1 way in 1 way out most people were using the fire exit crazy…
