Arrived today at 1pm with my elderly dad and 7 year old son, the entire heated small pool was closed and booked out to a party was to open at 3pm. Staff were rude and medium pool had three lanes closed off and was to deep at the end so the smaller children were all down one end near the steps. Why close off an entire pool to the public on a Saturday!! We normally go to the lagoon but the council has kindly let the public have free entry on the weekends yet couldn't access the pool most appropriate and safe for us.

5/ 5

It was great. Not as good as Bluewater Lagoon which we had originally planned to visit before learning it was shut, but free entry on weekends, a heated pool, and 2 of the 3 have shade covers, which is an absolutely brilliant idea. Staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and I would definitely go again.
