Fantastic stay. Quiet room—the owners have done a great job padding doors. Carpet spectacularly clean. Bedding comfy and modern. Breakfast was also amazing. Freshly cooked with great ingredients (eg fresh berries, not microwaved frozen berries). Stay here if you want a calm and cozy lodging experience. It looks like it is far from town, but it is a short and very pleasant walk!

Quite embarrassing that we forgot to post our review of Lynwood House, but better late than never, right? All of the things that you would expect of a B&B, Lynwood House does marvelously. The rooms are comfortable, the breakfast is delicious, and the location is ideal. What truly set Lynwood House apart for us, though, was the above and beyond hospitality of the owners. We were there during Christmas time for Lessons and Carols at Kings. Since getting seating tickets involves a long, cold night waiting in line, the owners let us borrow folding chairs and a hot thermos of tea to help us stay warm through the evening. We will forever remember the great care we received at Lynwood House, and hope to return soon.
