The beautiful sweet lady doing my spa pedicure was the only polite staff member. She didn’t actually paint my nails. The rest of them could not be bothered with me. Found them rude and abrupt. Didn’t say thank you for my business before I left just asked for my money. Tapping me on my legs to hurry up and move under the UV light so they could get through me quickly. Appears they treated everyone else the same. Don’t bother making a booking because they take walk ins before you and don’t run on time. I almost had to walk out as they were 25 minutes late for my service. I made sure to be kind and thankful throughout my entire appointment but that didn’t really get me any customer service in return. Quality of work was rushed, it’s obvious they are just trying to power through as many customers as possible.

Nails are nice enough but zero customer service. 3 staff & not one of them spoke to their customers. I had the guy & he literally did not speak other than one word questions … shorter? Wash, colour. No eye contact. I also had to ask for cuticle oil. The girl who took my money was the same. Just showed me the eftpos machine with the price rather than talk to me. Very uncomfortable atmosphere.

Just had SNS done by Wendy at Luxury spa and nails. They are so particular and have done an incredible job! Very happy with my full set ⭐️💅

Very rushed job, I was charged $70 for a “manicure“ and SNS nails and it took less than 20 minutes start to finish. Unfriendly staff, very unprofessional and poor quality. They even charged me a different rate to the woman next to me who also had SNS but I got charged $20 more… I would not recommend.
