I had booked an appointment however they do not prioritize appointments and was left waiting. I had shown them a picture of the request before they started and asked for just a file and paint with gel polish. However, they completely ignored my request and cut off all my nails, which then meant I had no other choice but to go for acrylic. When it came round to painting they turned around and told me they did not have the colour or glitter even though I had shown them a photo before I even sat down in the chair. They then refused to offer me any sort of discount even though they were the ones at fault. One of my fingers is bleeding where they were so rough and the nails are pulling on my skin making it uncomfortable. The staff are highly unprofessional and rude. I could have done a better job myself at home and so I will not be returning.
