I had a wonderful, relaxing and rejuvenating facial and head, shoulder and neck massage which has really relaxed me. My skin looks more evenly toned today. It’s softer and it feels lovely. My eyebrows are now in much better shape and no grey! Thank you so much for a very good treatment.

I had a full body massage with Sam and it was amazing. She always goes the extra mile to ensure you have the best experience. Sam really listens to what you have to say and tailors the treatment to how you are feeling that day. I would highly recommend and will be returning.

I have been coming to Spirit and Skin monthly now for around 5 months seeing Sam for massages due to back issues. It is always a wonderful and relaxing experience and a beautiful calm environment where you are made to feel special! Sam is very knowledgeable in what she does and always gives useful information and great advice which I have taken away with me and incorporated into my daily routine. On my first visit she took the time to go through some questions about myself and body allowing her to personalise the session for me. I would happily recommend Sam to my friends and family!

Sam is amazing. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else the atmosphere in the massage rooms etc really makes the experience amazing. Sam is firm and gets all the knots out but at the same some relaxing
