I can highly recommend London Cryo. I have recently had a wrist injury and have been having a combination of local cryo and LED treatment. I’ve been a member of London Cryo Belgravia since it opened back in 2019 and it’s awesome! As a medical doctor I wanted to try this cutting edge technology first-hand. I’ve been focussing on my sports recovery since I’ve suffered with various injuries but I can honestly say that this addition to my recovery has helped in so many ways. I now come on average 3-4 times per week combining; Normatec compression therapy / local Cryo / whole body Cryo / infrared sauna and photobiomodulation. Great place. I took Wholebody Cryo therapy, red light therapy and normatec compression sessions for a month which helped my inflammation levels go down. Each time I felt very welcome thanks to amazing staff. A special thanks to Gloria for being incredibly kind and considerate always and for making me talk during cryotherapy sessions when I felt a bit nervous about the cold. I highly recommend London Cryo.

Great place, great staff, and you'll leave this place feeling like a million bucks. First found out about London Cryo when Maria came to our offices, and my staff wouldn't stop talking about it. Since then, I'd googled just what cryotherapy was, and although it sounded scary, come on, sub zero temperatures is never easy. The two minute full body session is enough to wake all your senses. I walked out of the clinic and felt like I'd just been on holiday! Great feeling, and I'd recommend you try it too! Do the Whole Body Cryo!
