Love my trips to London Rd Hair, staff are always very welcoming and helpful. Would definitely recommend booking in with Dolly - Not only is she a very talented stylist/designer, Dolly is always happy to talk through any hair options l may want. She has the expert knowledge to know exactly what works for me! I am always happy with my experience when booked in with Dolly! Would highly recommend a hair cut with Dolly, at London Rd Hair.

Unfortunately I didn't have the best experience here. I asked for a balayage and a cut and blow-dry. This cost me £185. It ended up taking 5 hours, most of which I spent waiting as my stylist actually cut and styled two other peoples hair in the time I was sat waiting. It took so long I had to keep getting new parking tickets. I paid for a more senior stylist for a reason, but she then went to see yet another customer which meant a junior person blowdried my hair. They did not do a very good job at all. The whole point of me getting a cut on that day was for a nice blow-dry as I had a wedding to go to. Not only was I now running very late, I had to rush home and re curl and style my own hair myself. You could tell that the junior hairdresser did not curl my hair properly as the more senior stylist curled my front two strands which were fine but all the rest fell out within minutes. I even specifically asked for tighter curls as I needed the curls to last through the wedding. Very dissatisfied with the service especially as I paid nearly £200 for this. Definitely won't be going here again and I will warn others not to as well.

I had my haircut today at London Road Hair. I am actually very disappointed with my haircut due to two reasons. As you can see in the picture below, the length has not been cut evenly and I will now have to trim these parts myself. Secondly, I asked for layers to be cut in, which when I have checked myself at home, are not present and it looks like the stylist has just cut in a straight line. I felt very rushed at the salon and I feel some of these errors have occurred as a result of this. The stylist did not show me the back of my hair in the mirror at the end of the cut and therefore I did not identify the lack of layers. I was then I was hurried out of my chair as the next client had arrived so I was not able to check my haircut sufficiently myself. I would not recommend this salon due to the lack of detail, feeling rushed and not receiving a style that I requested. Addendum: I have since been invited back to London Road Hair and I have had the most opposite experience. I was seen by one of the directors who was very attentive and was able to re-style my hair. Overall I left very satisfied and I have, in fact, made a repeat appointment.

I had my hair fixed by Dan and he did an amazing job. He was so friendly and went through everything step by step before actually carrying out the service. My hair looks SO much better now, I'm so happy with it!

I highly recommend London Road Hair and I have nothing but praise for the wonderful and super-talented colour specialist Dolly. The whole experience was wonderful and relaxing (even during a pandemic!) and I absolutely love my hair. It was just what I wanted - and more! Many thanks Dolly!

Highly recommend this salon!!!! Super lovely and friendly staff, great atmosphere and highly worth the prices. This is the only salon I trust with my hair! This salon is covid safe with all staff and customers wearing face masks. Literally my favourite salon ever

We weren’t feeling too good about our previous cuts so I called up the salon and they were more than happy to sort out the concerns and ensure that we were pleased with our hair. Highly recommend this place!
