Great experience from the booking to the payment. Easy and efficient. But the best part was the actual GP visit. Doctor did listen, examined and finally explained clearly the reasons of his diagnosis. He inspires confidence. He also gave me the medication needed, so no need to pop by the pharmacy. Highly recommended. It would have been even greater to get doctor's notes by email as well, after the appointment.

The doctor I saw was personable and empathetic; she listened attentively to my complaint and solved my issue speedily. I got useful information and referrals. The appointment was easy to book and the visit didn't feel like the usual "drive through" experience you get at larger establishments. I've held back one star because I expected a report/summary of my visit/treatment to be emailed to me. Overall, it is a good and affordable service.

The smallest doctors surgery I have experienced in my 74 years on this planet, but no matter. The receptionist and doctor were extremely helpful and efficient and saw me immediately despite the fact that I had not confirmed my online appointment (user error) and they had no record of it when I turned up. The lady doctor is one of the nicest I have ever met and fixed me up so that today I am feeling 100% better.

I had such a supportive experience at London Doctors Clinic Kings Cross location. They were able to see me on a Sunday morning and helped me find the location because I was new to the country. The doctor was a great listener and gave me everything I needed for a speedy recovery. You can book an appointment online very easily and I recommend this service to all in medical need.

I found myself needing a doctor while visiting family in London. I was able to get an appointment at short notice using the web booking facility. I arrived early and was seen very soon after I arrived. The doctor was knowledgeable and professional. I felt the charges were reasonable, particularly bearing in mind that the clinic was in central London. I would thoroughly recommend this practice based on my experience.

Seemed very efficient, although I was not able to submit the form I had been requested to complete online. Easy to find. A charming and reassuring doctor, easy to talk to, and I was given appropriate medication. And this visit spared me from going to A&E - which does not need to be treating small issues like mine. Easy to book with instant confirmation of appointment.

pcr next day 8pm travel test was 8 hours late. to make matters worse, I was not able to access it even though I advised that my details were wrongly entered on their system. also, they dont reply to emais even if the matter is urgent..piece of advise: use a more reliable provider.
