My only complaint is that I had my blood test done on 5th April and have not received the results yet. Otherwise I am happy with the service provided so far. Could you kindly let me know about my blood test results, please? Thank you.

I've been coming here for 20 years. Doctors have always been good to me. Some of the receptionists have got a bit of an attitude. The way to book an appointment also has plenty of room for improvement, as it usually consists of "call back tomorrow between 8 and 9, or 12 and 2" or whatever.

Ive been with the Hillcrest surgery for many years now and I can't thank them enough. The front desk receptionists are friendly, efficient and extremely helpful and the nurses and doctors are caring, friendly and very thorough. Dr Mirza who is my regular doctor has been extremely helpful to me over the yrs and extremely thorough. He explains everything and i always feel all my questions are answered wen I leave. I’m always able to schedule an appt. And if I need to speak to a doctor I normally get a call the same day or the next. This is definitely the best GP ive been registered with.

when one rings the surgery one goes into a long queue; by the time one's turn comes one's telephone bill doubles. Hillcrest is the intermediary between the hospital doctor and the Chemist as Chemist would not act without Hillcrest OK. This is where everything get stuck. Must ring so many times to make the surgery do their job.

Really good GPs and surgery. Receptionists are very friendly too. Always get to speak to a person and know the time I'd get seen by a GP or get a call back. So I dont waste the whole day waiting for a call back to tell me whether or not I'll have an appointment that day.

Please avoid this GP!!!!! Especially the receptionist and the customer attention is the worst I have ever seen in my life. I have been waiting for a call from the doctor for more than 2 weeks now to know about a blood test results and to start a new treatment for menopause. (which now is only a phone call as since Covid they don't give face to face appointment) Every time I try to call in the morning I can't get the appointment for the same day easily, then if I have missed a doctor phone call, they are not able to call back again and if you call them to find out what happens they say YES the doctor will call but then no one calls back. I have been left like this for several days now. I feel mistreated. So please AVOID.

Fantastic surgery with wonderful, caring staff. Have been going for the last 16 years. Dr Mirza is particularly good as is Dr Tailor. The reception staff are lovely too. Don't know where the negative comments are coming from! Would highly recommend it.

We've been with Hillcrest surgery for nearly 3 years now and we have had a great experience. The doctors are very friendly and helpful and will go over and beyond to help. This is by far the best surgery we've registered at where the reception staff are outstanding. They are very understanding, patient and empathetic and always so pleasant under any circumstance. Thank you once again for all your hardwork and help.
