Grosvenor House Surgery london

Probably one of the worst surgeries I have encountered. Staff are nice but waiting times are ridiculous, and you have to go in person if you need an emergency appointment, you can not phone. Doctors only prescribe cheapest medications, they are only concerned with money at this surgery. Definitely avoid this place!

From today is very bad. I’ve been in there for 3 years and from today they told me that my post code not belong and I am not longer in them system. My baby was register in there sins born and now she is out of the system too. And they was able to explain me that someone did mistake from beginning. That’s soooo bad bad bad.

If I could give this surgery 0 stars, I would. Patients are regularly kept waiting for more than an hour for scheduled appointments, and the support staff is unreliable. I once had an appointment changed because the doctor who had been assigned to my appointment ‘doesn’t like to deal with women’s issues’, as though this supersedes my right to medical care. If you have any other option, take it.

Best GP surgery I have ever been registered to. They have a walk in service for emergencies every morning, which is very useful. Reception staff are friendly and understanding. Named GP has always returned calls, listened to my individual needs and shown empathy. GP has referred me to services and chased up these referrals in a timely manner. Waiting room is clean and there is lots of useful information to read. Pharmacy is only next door which is useful. This GP surgery is doing an amazing job to provide an excellent service to their community.

In one word: Avoid! Reception service is all over the place, I've been waiting to be seen for over one hour for an appointment I booked two weeks ago! The excuse that I'm getting (in a rather rude manner) is that "the surgery is running late" but I know from past experience that reception just double and triple book the time slots...at least I'm not the only one affected others are jovial about it but I've only taken half a day off from work and now I will have to make up for it...

I have been with this pharmacy for many years and the service is very good, the staff are so helpful and polite and go above and beyond.

They are unprofessional. They are disgusting. They don’t listen to you problem most of them. They talk to you like Oh you’re not dying now so we can’t help you come back when you feel like you’re dying.

The reception team are rude and interfering. They always look ask personal questions to assess if your worthy of seeing the doctor. They take it upon themselves to decide if you can see the doctor. If you refuse to provide information of your medical condition they will refuse to give you an appointment. The automated service when phoning in, is overly long and wastes alot of time.

I honestly can't understand why the reception is so poor, whereas the doctors are top class. There is a lady at the reception, I pray I don't get her on the phone when I call, but I am so unlucky I always get her, she is so unfriendly and down right stroppy. I have been on the phone for nearly 1 and half hours today no one picks up. How can you run a NHS service so inefficiently! Please do something about your reception its giving a bad reputation to the surgery . Thank you
