We were not happy with the advice given. My 2 y.o. daughter had a very high temperature over night, around 40. Also one of her cheek got swollen and red. The doctor said her throat is a bit red and gave us some antibiotics to cure possible tonsillitis which is not yet visible. We were also told not to start the antibiotics as of yet for the mentioned reason. I wonder how would she came up with the diagnosis without doing any blood tests, urine tests to exclude anything else. I've sent an email to the clinic and asked for a second opinion but got no reply. 2 days later we had to go to A&E as the temperature was not going down and were told not to take any antibiotics that she prescribed as it was a viral infection. Would not recommend the clinic and will avoid it in the future. Waste of time, money and most importantly can't afford to risk my daughter's health!

Bit of a palaver getting through security, but other than that perfect. In and out quickly, kind and attentive doctor, not too expensive really. (Had hay fever injection, works a treat for me).

Excellent service. Receptionist upstairs was lovely and friendly, and doctor had a very collaborative, professional approach that defaults to minimal intervention rather than just throwing drugs at a problem (which I prefer). The only downside is the security to get in, but that's really just for the uninitiated.

Fantastic service and level of care. I have used this clinic a number of times now and every time I have been able to quickly and easily book an appointment online. The doctors here are very knowledgable, very kind, thorough and attentive. I also found the reception staff to be very friendly and helpful.

Very rude and are going to waste your time, better go somewhere else. I had an appointment at 17:15, google maps doesn't show exact correct location so was going around in circles. 5 minutes before the appointment I called to confirm I was entering the correct building and they confirmed it. It took me 10 minutes to go to the correct floor/room and by the time I got there it was 17:20 exact. However I was informed that my appointment was not going to take place and the doctor has gone home already because they have a 5 minute late policy. They already knew I was entering the building and I was not late by more than 5 minutes.

Extremely poor customer service. I had booked an appointment which I cancelled initially. In the email booking confirmation, there was no warning that I'd be charged a cancellation fee of £45. When I called the clinic 1 minute after cancelling my appointment, i got told that you've essentially lost your money and nothing can be done. I asked if I can still come for my initial appointment as I could clearly see that the slot was still available. I got told yes but we will still charge you the cancellation fee of £45. Avoid this clinic!
