The place is not bad, for the most part, the staff are great, the deals are good, the system could have more songs, but all in all the place is not a bad place for Kareoke, except for the man in the front desk who ruins the whole experience. Beware of the English man in the front desk, he loves being rude and unpleasant.

They charge £20 for 2 hours (5 drinks included, we couldn’t claim them all because we were kicked out of the place) the karaoke system isn’t amazing and doesn’t have many hits. The place smells damp and is in a very bad state, the sofas are falling apart. The staff is rude and aggressive, they definitely don’t know how to treat customers. First and last time. Don’t waist your money here.

Rang up to try and make a booking (after going once before) and told by the manager on the phone to ring back later because it was busy. Never rang back and went somewhere else. The first time I went with some friends and none of us are local to Bristol nor can drive so we wanted to be able to get back early enough. Their website says they open at 6 but for some reason we couldn't get in the room until 6.30-7.00 which isnt good if you are travelling. The song selection is awful. Horror stories of the bouncer are not to be ignored. The staff were so rude when we went i would avoid completely. Even if the song selection was decent, the staff are enough to completely discourage you. Please do not give your money to these people and go somewhere else instead. I hope this place will close soon.

Booked a room for 18 people on a Saturday night at £20 each including 5 drinks. A pretty good setup , and surprised at the quality of the drinks (big brand spirits). Karaoke itself okay but their software is very Asian but still more than enough UK/ US songs to keep us happy for 2 hours. The place is a little run down and certainly no money being wasted on heating. There are better places but it’s still okay and a fair price.

Sure it's fun to sing in a little booth. But my goodness, this place is dirty and the staff is quite rude. One of the members can hardly speak English, something that would be nice to have as he explains how the system works. Floors are sticky, cups don't look clean and whole Atmosphere is just a bit 'bleh'. Pro tip, only go when you're drunk/tipsy, you won't mind the state of the building that much.

The man on the front desk is so rude. Needs to change his attitude. We had a mix up with the booking, which is easily done, we were meant to make a booking for 10 but because of a bad connection on the phone it was misconstrued as 7 people. We turned up with ten people, having already paid a deposit upfront for the room, and the man was very rude and patronising, but his other two employees were explaining that because they thought we were 7 people, they had saved a small room for us, and it wouldn't cater for 10. They happily showed two of us the room when we asked, and we said it was perfectly fine size, and we were happy with it. But when we came back down to reception, where all our friends were sitting after we had walked all the way up Park St to the place, the man was shouting that we couldn't have the room and "it was bad enough for 7 anyway" which makes you think why did they let us book if clearly they didn't have a room for us.. Thankfully the kind employees gave us our deposit back, informing us when the next room for 10 would be available, but we assured them we wouldn't be back. The man is clearly not made out for customer service, and should try and different career path. Steer clear of this place. Listen to all the reviews. We gave them the benefit of the doubt, and it did not pay off.

Dirty, tired, simultaneously sticky and slippy. System broke and we were told not to touch anything which made for a weird night out sitting in a manky room making small talk... included drinks made it slightly easier but the smell will be hard to forget. Need a shower.

Staff are rude. Karaoke machine is old, very difficult to navigate and you couldn't really hear anyone over the microphone. Overpriced. Dated, tired venue. I'd recommend you find an alternative.
