Purchase and Audi A3 a couple of months ago. The sales team were great and as the car had a slight issue when we took it for a test drive they offered to deliver the car down to us (60 miles away) once the issue had been fixed. The car was delivered promptly with a new MOT and details of the repair. Unfortunately, a couple of weeks later, the car developed an engine fault and although they were really helpful in offering repair, we didn't feel comfortable with the car anymore. They offered a full, no question refund and came and collected the car too.I must say, how they handled all of this was extremely professional and sympathetic. I actually felt really bad for them as they had taken the car in part ex so had been landed with a bit of a problem themselves. Five stars and would definitely buy from them again even given the bad experience we had with the car

Lodge Hill Garage staff were good because didn't push us into anything and just helped us make the right decision. Darren was really easy to deal with and allowed us to buy rather than sell to us. Great experience all round!!

I Visited this garage 3 times in one week as i had various issues with my car. On every occasion they looked at the issue immediately without me even having to book the car in and were very happy to deal with it very quickly. Ive never had that sort of service from a garage before and I am super super impressed. I would absolutely use Lodge Hill now for all my servicing, repairs and MOT's.

Sold my partner a faulty car, took it back after major problems occurred whilst our family of 4 were in the car (2 adults 2 children) they apparently "fixed it" only for us to take it to a local to us garage to find out that hadn't been fixed at all just botched. Had it less than a year and has been problem after problem, avoid this garage

Excellent service from Mark. We broke down 180 miles from home and recovery was pointless. Mark assessed the issue and I ordered parts for delivery to him. Installed in short time and he called when car was ready. Very friendly and understanding. Top Class service from a Top Class bloke. Very Highly Recommended.
