Not even eye contact! ‘No’ she said ‘we don’t do that’ Great how unhelpful! ‘ Go to your friendly pharmacist who will be pleased to advise you’ we are told! This chemist is a shambles. Spent a fortune on a revamp but the staff are apparently untrained and cannot cope if more than one customer in the shop at a time. Told me Dr. had written a prescription for a drug which was unavailable. Nationwide shortage they said. Next pharmacy (not Lloyds) said that was untrue. They had plenty. Will not be using them again even though they are 100 yards from my house and the nearest alternative is Boots some 6 miles away.
