I don't understand all the bad reviews for this place! It's been my chemist for as long as it's been there and the staff are lovely! yes they are chatty but they work the whole time! what sort of person wants a place where they don't deem you worthy to talk to? i'l tell you who! snobs! I'd sooner not come across these type people in my chemist so please do steer clear if you are unfriendly or think you are better than the next person!. The staff are friendly and helpful, Lawrence Weston has never been known for being the height of health, there may be a lot of patients to attend to needing prescriptions, the staff can only go as quick as humanly possible, and if the pharmacist hasn't got round to doing the numerous ones they receive daily then it is not their fault. I rarely see the pharmacist/s sit down and everybody is entitled to a dinner hour. If you want to blame anyone for long waits then blame the people making the cuts in this country, closing down things everywhere they can and especially in the area's needing it the most!. In short: If you don't want a friendly, approachable, helpful chemist then go elsewhere and maybe you will have to wait a little but this is by no means the fault of staff, its down to sheer volume of need!. I have suffered with Agoraphobia, Depression, Anxiety and PTSD for many years and have always felt quite safe and tended to here. The staff know only what my prescription tells them so make no special privileges for me more than they would any other patient. Please feel free to go elsewhere if you are not happy with their excellent service you won't be happy anywhere else!

For the second consecutive time I have gone to collect my prescription and have found nothing there for me. I have been on repeat prescription for years now and from time to time I have experienced this problem. This time my husband went to collect and the counter staff said I would have to contact my doctor's surgery which I did this morning. They informed me it was the pharmacy that had to order from the surgery. I spoke to someone from Lloyds and she said it was because my repeat prescription had not been ticked the last time. My husband had collected my prescription last time and he was not asked to tick the boxes for a repeat. This is something the counter staff at Lloyds are supposed to do and obviously did not. Not a happy customer!
